I was offshore and Brittany did all the heavy lifting! My search lasted several months and at no point did I ever feel the pressure that you would expect once you start house hunting! Brittany kept me informed of the houses that came up and was always there for me. There were several challenges during the whole buying experience including at one point when I considered looking for another property that had come to market while I had put in an offer. She proactively helped negotiate and helped me make the informed decision. She negotiated hard with the sellers and got me the price below what I was expecting. She was Excellent all around and a pleasure to deal with.
