Brittany was very on top of communication with not just myself but with the whole Academy Mortgage team as well as the seller’s team. She was proactive and tried to get me information ASAP and catered to my wants/needs. Her knowledge of real estate was astounding and I would recommend her 10000x more. She went out of her way to go to house showings and would not stop working until we found the house I loved. She was also proactive by calling the sellers right away to let them know an offer was coming which actually was the reason I was able to get this house. Only an hour later did the sellers receive another offer but if it weren’t for Brittany’s drive I wouldn’t have the house I have now!

This young lady has a bright future ahead of her she goes over and above to try to find the perfect home for you and does it with a lot of heart.

Overall the agent did help me and my family find a great house and understood our needs exceptionally. Even when above and beyond to help me find a hotel nearby when I was having to travel to come visit the house. If you are needing to purchase a house I need maintenance that is both personable and intelligent about how they go about their job Brittany is your agent.

Brittany takes home shopping personally, it's like working with a friend that has your best interest at heart. She was willing to show us any home we wanted to see and aided in the search for what we wanted. When we found the one we wanted she worked to get it. She never expressed frustration by the number of texts or email I sent and talked me out of a few panicky moments.
