I was struggling trying to find an agent to help me specifically find houses in areas outside of their zone of work. I was looking ALL over mid/eastern North Carolina. BUT Britney made the commitment to help me view ALL of the houses I was interested in. Making my life way easier than transferring me to another agent closer to that area, and making me wait for them to get back to me. Again. I was about to give up on agents until Britney. Her energy and passion was what also made the experience that much better, she always made sure you felt comfortable if something doesn't match your criteria. She made no judgements, and was super knowledgeable about the entire process. She let us know about what to expect, and always gave truthful answers if we had any questions. She also always worked around my crazy work schedule, and did everything she could to help us view as many houses in that time period that I was able to be free. Knowing I lived super far from where the potential houses were located, she made my life as easy as possible! Loved it! Her and her team were also always reachable and kind. I have never felt alone in the process because they really are with you the entire time. Super reassuring, and couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience!

Brittany was extremely helpful in my house buying process. I was buying remotely so she did in-depth video walkthroughs of each listing on my own private fb page. She also had zoom calls with me to talk me through the area and the different neighborhoods in Jacksonville, NC. She saw multiple listings per day to help me find something that worked for me. After losing out on a couple listings I found, I asked her if there was anything else that could work for me. Within 10 minutes she sent me a new listing and did a walkthrough that day. That ended up being the house I closed on. I highly recommend having Brittany as your realtor. If I buy another house in the area I will certainly be having her on my team again!

We had met several time when we were in Wilmington before the house was ready to be sold. Brittany gave us great encouragement on the work we were doing on the house and seemed excited how we brought the value of the house up substantially. When Brittany said we would be asking $400,000 for the house I was astounded. When the house went on the market we where back in Wisconsin and Brittany kept us informed on showing, bad weather, and hiccups. When interest rate started climbing I began to wonder. Then Brittany came thru with an offer and I countered and the house closed for more than I expected.
