I informed our realtor that our mothers estate would need to be sold to an investor, she convinced my sisters the property was worth more than it was and in the end, we lost money. Realtors should understand the target market and not look for their own profit.
Brittany went above and beyond to help us with the selling process. She checked in throughout the closing grace period and made sure we were not left with any questions unanswered. Shes very personable and did not just make this a business transaction which was important to us as we had horrible experiences with other relators. We did not previously know her or anyone that had worked with her. we were on the fence about selling our home initially but She was confident and honest through the entire process!
