We love the Brittany Loan Team! My husband and I just bought a new home and sold our old home at the same time. It could’ve been a very stressful process, but Brittany and Donna expertly guided us through every step! Brittany gave priceless advice on getting our home ready to sell. She thoroughly researched the market and priced our home perfectly, so it sold for what we wanted and sold FAST. She handled all the logistics, even meeting service techs at our house when we had to work. Donna helped us find our beautiful new home and was the picture of patience showing us countless properties, sometimes multiple times, just so we could rest easy with our decision. The market moves so fast, but Donna was always right on top of things. And when we moved to contract negotiations, both Brittany and Donna made sure our best interests were protected. Their constant communication and clarification really helped us make decisions confidently. We trusted their judgement and experience entirely, and I’m so happy we did. I could go on and on!
