I have known Brittany for over 15 years, and we have worked with her 4 times while looking to purchase a property and also selling a property. We choose her time & time again because she is absolutely the best real estate professional out there... hands down the absolute best. Our most recent experience was in a home we purchased less than 6 months ago. As many people have experienced, the impact resulting from the Covid-19 outbreak, we were impacted too... we were forced to sell our lovely home and we had to do it quickly. We reached out to Brittany and she got the ball rolling. Again, she knows the market, even in these terribly impactful times she got the property listed and sold in a matter of days... she knows the market and is a fantastic & skilled negotiator... always has the clients back regardless of what gets thrown her way. For example, the buyers inspector couldn't get the pool heater to work while we were out of town. I called Brittany and she got on it and resolved the issue for the buyer. Then our movers canceled last minute and we reached out to Brittany again, she found us movers! That's just a few examples of her hard work and demonstrates how important she values her relationships. She certainly goes the extra mile and I'm confident she will out perform anyone out.
