Brittany is an amazing agent. She is so knowledgeable and is able to explain things so well. The prospect of selling our home and buying a new one was so overwhelming, but she took us through it step by step and made it so much more manageable. Brittany and I worked together previously, which is how I knew she was going into realty. My husband and I were wanting to purchase our first home and I knew she would be the perfect choice! We first were looking into a new build with LGI which ended up terrible, they are a company only for profit and did not care about us. As soon as Brittany heard how they were treating us she recommended us to pull out and she would find something better. We toured a few places fell in love with a new build that was partially constructed and would be done by our move out date at our apartment. Brittany walked us through everything step by step and anytime the builder was trying to be sneaky (as some can be) she jumped in to help. Even right after we closed there were a few issues and she helped tremendously then too! I feel like we would have been taken advantage of if it wasn’t for Brittany there to help us. I absolutely would recommend her as a realtor and next time we are looking to move, she will be the person I go to!
