I could not be more pleased with the process of selling my home. Brittany and her team made the whole process as easy as possible. I live out of town so I was not excited about making regular 8 hour trips to handle sourcing companies to make minor repairs and updates. She had contractors available to do the work that was needed, She also provided additional help when it came to the moving process and even sourcing a lawn care service. She provided good market knowledge to help guide me on when to go to market and at the appropriate price point. She kept me updated as to open house times and actual showings when booked.
