We have had Brittany represent us twice as our realtor recently - once for selling a house that was part of an estate and again when purchasing an investment house. She went above and beyond both times. On our purchase, she was quick in getting multiple showings set up, offered great advice on the offer, and was able to easily guide us through the whole process. On the day of closing, she even found errors in the title agency’s closing disclosure that ended up saving us several hundred dollars once corrected. I’m confident we will choose her again next time we need a realtor.
