We interviewed 5 realtors . 4 of them had been realtors for many years . Brittany didn’t have a ton of experience . She had sold quite a few listings , some hers and some listings were from other realtors . When Brittany came over we both had already made our minds up to hire a different realtor . Brittany told us we could get more money than the other realtors wanted to list it for . 2 of the other realtors wanted to list it for $50,000 less than Brittany . They told us you will never get more than that !! Her personality moved us . Her knowledge of the market was great . To put it bluntly she’s HUNGRY and wound up tight with energy . Unbelievably we had a full price no inspection offer in 3 hours . Brittany presented it to us and advised us to reject and counter because she felt the buyer was willing to pay more. We countered for $9000 more and they excepted our counter in a few hours . Brittany offered to help us move . She even gathered some high school boys contact information to assist us with moving . We have bought and sold 25 properties , some were rentals , in our 51 year marriage , She is the best realtor we ever dealt with . List with her and your troubles are over . Young but not to young . Smart as you can get . Most of all a great person . You will not be sorry !
