WOW ... and not just a normal WOW but a 10 STAR WOW!!!

I was completely comfortable interacting with Brittany from the minute we met and she laid out "The Plan". Her energy, knowledge and communication exceeded my expectations and I was very much in the loop every minute of every day; and she listens to boot.
