Brittany sold our house very quickly, in a neighborhood where other houses have been sitting on the market for a long time. (They still are, and we are enjoying our new home!!) We had two offers, and people continued to ask for showings even after we were under contract. Brittany also encouraged us to make an offer on the house we wanted, before we even knew that we could. It was quickly accepted, and we got the #1 house on our list. Brittany was great about showing us the home and finding the neighborhood amenities we were in search of. Thanks a lot, Brittany!
