Amazing realtor for first-time homebuyers!

Britt was recommended by a friend and from our first call we knew Britt's experience, knowledge, and personality made her the agent for us. As first-time homebuyers, the process was exciting but also a little stressful, and we wanted someone we could trust to help us navigate everything and find a home that would be a good fit for us now and into the future. Britt did a wonderful job educating us throughout the process, giving us a preview on the homebuying process, lending, and paperwork ahead of time so we weren't surprised by anything. She was super patient with our questions, random texts, and ideas on places to see. I think one of the most telling experiences we had was when we saw a house online and thought it could be it! When walking through with Britt, she agreed it was darling, but also pointed things we didn't know to look for yet. The old roof, areas not up to code, asbestos ceilings- all things we that would cost us in the long run. She didn't rush us into buying the first house we loved, instead helping us find one that we could love (and afford) now and well into the future. We were grateful to have Britt when, after our offer was accepted, there were some permit snafus with our now home. She was so communicative (we talked every day), supportive, and advocated for us so well to get the issue resolved. We trusted her completely even when it was stressful! Additionally- everyone she's recommended, from the lender we worked, to the arborist, cleaning service, etc, have been amazing. You aren't just getting Britt, you're getting access to her rolodex of incredible people, too. We feel so lucky to have worked with Britt, and wholeheartedly recommend her to everyone. She's an expert at what she does, but more than that, she's kind, communicative, patient and fun! All very important traits for the person you're trusting to help you make the biggest purchase of your life!
