Britt knows her stuff! Going to see houses with Britt is a little like tagging along on a whole house inspection. She knows what she's looking at and has the experience to know what will hold up and what won't. She's also has a whole slew of great people she can recommend, electricians, handypeople, roofers, house inspectors. She also knows how to ask lots of good questions to get the full picture of what needs to be done. Britt's people skills are such an asset. She has great people working with her and she knows how to communicate with clients. She listens, she's flexible, and can get to the core of an issue. Superior knowledge of the profession and takes the time to explain the process. Britt is excellent! I would recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home in the Sacramento area.
