Britt Cottrill

Britt is hands down the best real estate agent in South Orange County. If you are looking for an agent that has extensive knowledge of the market, look no further. She is trustworthy, dedicated and committed to helping you make the best decision for you and your family. She personally helped me find a home after looking for over a year in a highly competitive market. She is not your typical agent. She goes above and beyond at every step of the process. I highly recommend Britt Cottrill.

We've worked with Britt to both buy and sell a home. She is a professional in all things - whether it's understanding her buyer and finding the home that first all the way through negotiations. We could not have found our forever home without her.

First-time home buyer here, and well, all I can say is that Britt made this a smooth and easy experience. She is extremely knowledgeable on the area and I would recommend her to anyone.

Britt is a highly knowledgeable agent that is professional and personable. Whether you’re from the area or relocating from out of town, she will tailor your experience based on your needs. We just closed on a new home and sold our old home with her, and it was done just as I entered my 30th week of pregnancy. She knew our timeline and got everything done exactly as we wanted. And best of all, she did so many little things to keep the process stress-free. I highly recommend Britt for your buying or selling needs.
