Phenomenal Realtor
Britain is a very caring, knowledgeable, meet your needs realtor. I knew right away when we bought our current residence from her, she was the realtor that I would definitely use to sell my house that is currently on the market. She is a win win! During our move she so kindly brought us empty boxes to expedite our packing. Our house was on the market a few days after closing on our current residence with MLS listing, pictures of it inside and out with no delays. Like I said, Britain Irvin is Phenomenal with a fast and seamless process from the contract to closing. I recommend her highly for your realtor needs!
