We relocated from Boston to Cincinnati and had the pleasure of working with Brit to buy our home in Madiera. She was wonderful... very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! With her help, we found our perfect home. We highly recommend Brit!

Brit was wonderful. She was able to give pointers as to what we could do to make the house more appealing to buyers. She also went above and beyond to help stage our house. She was also so in tune to the process that she was pointing out things in the buying contract that they didn't even know about. Brit pays attention to the smallest details and is there to serve. I will definitely user her again and wouldn't pick anyone else. If you sit down with her you will find very quickly that she is looking out for you and your best interest. If you are buying or selling your house she is a must contact.

She asked me questions about my lifestyle to help build an understanding of what she should look for. This continued throughout the process and made me feel like she truly cared about finding me my "perfect place." She offered insights and feedback while still listening and letting me "steer the ship." Ultimately, the place of my choosing was recommended by Brit, and four months later, I could not be happier. Brit was incredibly quick with response times, always responding to texts and emails within the hour, or less. She kept me updated, and I always felt like I was in control of what was going on. Next time I move, I will definitely be calling Brit. Being a first-time home buyer, the trust I was able to build with Brit was priceless to me.

Brit was extremely helpful. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend her as a realtor. She showed us a lot of homes before we found the right one. She seemed in tune with our needs and wants as a home buyer. She knew the areas well and the type of home we were looking for. We started looking at condos and switched to single family ranch home and she never missed a beat.
