We had an outstanding experience working with Brigham as he helped us sell our previous house and buy our current home. Our house sold in one-third of the time it took the typical house to sell in our neighborhood! Brigham was highly knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area, as well as home renovation/maintenance in general. This helped us avoid major issues with prospective homes we visited, on several occasions. He also assessed our previous home and personally helped us update and install new lighting. We were always able to reach Brigham when we had questions. He quickly came to understand what our family was looking for in a home. He even talked with our children and included their desires in the process when possible. During the negotiation for the purchase of our new home, Brigham coached us about what to expect and what the numbers would look like.
