I have known Brie for a couple of years but was hesitant to work with someone I had a personal relationship with. However, working with her was one of the best decisions I could have made. Finally, Brie secured me exactly what I wanted, for the price I could afford, in SEATTLE. Not only was this impressive, but seemingly impossible given the current status of the market. This was a difficult yet fun process, solely because of Brie and how knowledgeable, responsive, caring and assertive she is. I recommend her wholeheartedly and will definitely be working with her again if and when needed.

Couldn't be happier with Brie. We were "That" client that takes forever and looked at at least 100 homes. We had very specific needs due to pets and home based business and she went above and beyond in finding the perfect house for those needs. She was always available, eager to help, and very knowledgeable about local and regional housing market trends and how best to tackle it. And when the time came to close she made it simple as can be. You would be hard pressed to find anyone in puget sound as good as Brie is.
