This is the third property that Brie has helped us sell or buy. She is absolutely wonderful to work with! We recently asked her to find us a property in Erie that could be residential or possibly converted into a deli, brewery, or restaurant someday. She found us a property that wasn't listed as mixed-use. She specializes in Erie, knows the zoning, and has contacts at the Town. She quickly found out that we could convert the home into a business someday, and we can also build a carriage house above the detached garage!! We lucked out working with Brie! She is the best!!!
