I had my home listed with a different realtor for 6 months without a single offer. There was very little communication going on. After that contract expired I partnered with Bridgette. I had several offers within the first three weeks. I went under contract and the first buyer could not get financing. So we had to delist the home. I received a better offer within two weeks and we just closed this week. Moral of the story... Bridgette sold my house twice basically. She was awesome!
