After finding THE house, Bridgett devised a strategy to negotiate the best price to land our house and ensuring that we had all our loan approvals and paperwork to show that we were the best buyer despite offering less than others. She handled the price and terms of the negotiations with multiple counter offers. Icing on top! Bridgett always "has a guy" - a guy to handle anything like drywall, cabinets, landscaping, cleaning, you name it! She gets it done with a phone call. Of course, she lined up all the necessary inspections and reviewed them to use in the counter offers and repairs. Bridgett lined up the purchase with our cross-country sale, so we could move right into our new place after closing on the sale of our old house, avoiding any storage costs for our household goods. She kept an eye on interest rates FOR US while the lender didn't. She alerted us TWICE when rates went down, and we got the lender to reduce the rate by 1/8 pt, saving us thousands! Bridgett's the bomb!

Bridgett helped me get out of a serious bind. I had this property leased out to 4 tenants. Unexpectedly, the tenants had stopped paying rent and had absolutely trashed the home. I was out of the area and so overwhelmed with all of it. I really didn't know what to do. Bridgett was referred to my by a friend and literally came in and saved the day. After months of receiving no rent and the house having severe cosmetic and structural damage, she was somehow able to get the tenants to move out and get the place put back together. This was no small feat. When all was said and done, we were able to get top dollar for the property, wildly exceeding my expectations. I am so grateful to have hired Bridgett. She really performed a miracle sale.

I can't begin to give Bridgett enough praise. After owning the home for only 8 months, my circumstances changed and we needed to sell. Bridgett went above and beyond for me. From using drone photography, having a 3D virtual tour, staging the home all the way to choosing the right color palate, she took care of everything. I never dreamed my house could look so good.
