I purchased a condo in the past and had no idea it was so much more involved to purchase a house. Since this was my 1st house purchase, I needed a lot of guidance. Bridget Higgins held my hand through the entire process, making appointments for me and explaining the steps all the way through escrow closing. She liaised with my mortgage broker, insurance companies, tenant, title co. etc. She responded quickly to my inquiries and never dropped the ball. Even though the holidays held things up a bit, we still managed to complete everything and I now own my retirement home. Very happy with Bridget Higgins and have recommended her to friends.
