Bridget’s high- energy yet empathetic approach helped me navigate the emotional process of quickly readying and selling my Mother’s house. Full service, her network of tradesmen jumped to help us when she called them, enabling us to preempt small problems from escalating. Our sale was complicated unnecessarily by a Trust Attorney and in clutch time Bridget marshaled the process herself on my behalf to close on time. We closed over- asking price on the 5th contract. Bridget understands legal and municipal issues and is a talented intermediary. She naturally builds relationships across all stakeholders which is clearly key to her success as a negotiator. That said, she was a proactive (and candid!) advocate for my interests and I relied heavily on her insights and advice throughout. She is amazing. Full stop. I recommend her wholeheartedly!
Bridget was nice to work with! She’s super friendly and kind but don’t let that fool you — she knows when to get tough! Both my spouse and I were incredibly far apart on what we wanted, but she listened and found options for both of us (kudos, Bridget, for putting up with our indecisiveness and disagreements), while giving us her honest feedback on everything. We looked at dozens of houses and she was more than happy to get us into any house we wanted to see. In this market, it’s normal to have to view several homes since they sell so quickly, but having an agent who is ready when you are is probably the most important element to the whole process. We crisscrossed all over DuPage County and eventually found a home that fits our current needs. Once we decided to move forward with the house we now have, she got to work right away by writing the offer and working with the seller’s agent to get our offer noticed given that it was a multiple offer situation. We thank her for a nice experience as first time homebuyers. 😊

Bridget was dialed in on our target market from very start. She knew exactly what we needed to do to tidy up our home so it was at the best it could be for showings. Bridget has great relationships with carpenters, painters and odd (heavy work) jobs guys. Bridget put us in direct contact with these people who were quick to get us on on their work schedule. Also, not only did they do a awesome job, they were very reasonable in price. Finally, I would say that the best thing about having Bridget as our agent was that she made herself available to us outside typical business hours.
