I love working with Bridget Flaska from First Team. She was my broker as a buyer once and this last time as a seller. She made the stressful process of selling a condo so easy. She is highly knowledgeable about the market and used every tool available to get exposure to the condo. Within one day of the listing she had professional pictures taken and listed on MLS. She wasted no time and had an open house the same week. Five days after the listing I had four offers. She is a strong negotiator and didn't hold back to get me the best offer. (I did get full asking price) She discussed each offer thoroughly and answered all my questions. She was available at all times returning my calls/texts timely. I've never had an escrow go so smoothly and quick. She insisted on a 21 day escrow and we closed on time. The total process took 28 days from the day of listing to the day of closing escrow. She understood how important it was for me to move closer to my family and she made it possible. She did an awesome job! I can't wait to work with her again. I highly recommend Bridget.

We had an INCREDIBLE experience working with Bridget. My husband and I were moving back to San Diego, California, and needed to find the right condo in an ideal location central to our hobbies and my husband's job, yet close to the airport since I travel often for work. We also needed it to fit our first-time home owner's budget, and we needed to move into this dream condo within 30 days. At the time, we were living in Ohio, so Bridget lined up several places for us to see and built a site for us to view all homes which matched our criteria, making it easier to narrow down our choices from 2,500 miles away. We hit the ground running when I flew out to San Diego for 2 days and Bridget picked me up from the airport, (not to mention, she helped with my luggage and had a water and snacks waiting for me in the car--I couldn't have asked for a nicer welcome back to CA). Within 2 days of looking, we found THE ONE, and Bridget helped us put in our first offer. Being first-time buyers, we had a lot to learn about offers, negotiations, escrow and all of the ins-and-outs. Bridget held our hands and walked us through everything step-by-step. Her experience and expertise is uncanny, and she was able to get our offer accepted the same day! Things move fast with real estate in CA, and buyers often run into bidding wars or counter-offers, but Bridget's strong negotiation skills ensured our first offer was a done deal. The whole searching and buying experience, through the day we received the keys felt as if we were working with a lifelong friend. We knew we could trust her suggestions and opinions as she guided us through inspections, appraisals, etc. Bridget is truly personable, patient and one of the best in her profession. We are forever grateful for her support and hope to work with her again in the future.

Bridget is an excellent realtor! Beginning with listening to my needs and guiding me through the selection process, through negotiations and closing. Her work experience was evident by the ease with which we moved through each step. What could have been a stressful home buying experience was anything but!
