I met Briant in an open house three years ago when I was visiting San Clemente. I was impressed at that time with his expertise and personal interest in my needs and the needs of my daughter. He looked for both of us for houses for three years and found amazing places for both of us that are just perfect! He stayed in touch on a regular basis and was responsive always. Even though there was a lot of stress because of Covid, Briant kept his cool and sense of humor and constantly intervened on our behalf. Moving from Northern California to Southern California has been a major change or two single women, my daughter and me, but Briant definitely behave professionally and is excellent at what he does!

Briant Patterson was my Buyer's Agent. He is a great listener who understands what his Buyer is looking for and then delivers. The primary reason I enjoyed working with Briant is because he is flexible and extremely hardworking - he went out of his way to arrange home tours at convenient times, and was happy to arrange visits to many homes in a single day so that I could have as much data as possible before making a decision. As a remote buyer, that was very important to me given I had limited time to visit homes of interest and had to compete with local buyers in a hot market. I was also working with a very small budget compared to the average selling price in the area, and well below the average home that Briant sells or buys, and he treated my search was as much focus and urgency as any other. I shopped the LA and South Orange County areas with Briant. He has expert knowledge of both. Briant was highly responsive via text + phone + email and calmly walked me through the many complex steps of the home buying process. At negotiation time he is fair but firm. At the end of the day I got a great home in an amazing area thanks to Briant's local knowledge, patience, and ear for what his Buyer wants. Highly recommended from a very picky Buyer.
