I have sold my home, at least 10 of them successfully. When I first started this process in my home at a 55 plus community built by Del Webb Chateau Elan a Pulte community I was a bit worried if I could get the exposure as they are still building out as of 2023. Selling a home always has its stresses and complications because most people do it very few times. Brianna took all of that away from us and made something so hard seem very easy. Brianna didn't just stick a sign in the yard and drive off. She really worked very hard and stayed in constant communication with us all the way. She has an amazing network of people to call to take care of minor repairs or anything else that needs to be taken care of. We were very happy with her take charge approach. She will get it done!

Breanna is always concerned with how the client is feeling about the trauma of selling and moving from your hone of 12 years.
