I have sold my home, at least 10 of them successfully. When I first started this process in my home at a 55 plus community built by Del Webb Chateau Elan a Pulte community I was a bit worried if I could get the exposure as they are still building out as of 2023. I was very nervous, but Brianna guided us and let us know what was coming and why once an offer was made. Selling and buying a home is very emotional and bittersweet.
