Brianna Roeder

I have now been through the buying and selling process twice with Brianna, and I absolutely recommend her to anyone in the greater metro area. On the selling side she was fantastic, both of my properties were gone within a week despite some difficult circumstances the second time around. As for buying with Brianna, she makes the process a breeze. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for, and took me to a seemingly endless list of showings to help me narrow down what I was really looking for. You will not be disappointed if you decide to pick Brianna as your realtor.

On a random Tuesday this past summer James and I were just looking around at homes for sale in the west metro for fun. We weren't really looking to move, but then we stumbled upon two homes that we fell in love with and gave Brianna a call. Within 24 hours, we had showings setup. We placed an offer on one home, and after a very interesting final inspection, we backed out, waited a few months and then placed an offer on the second home. During this time, Brianna did a fantastic job of marketing our home. She brought in a resource to create a lifestyle video of our home, she had a matterport dollhouse recreation of our home (virtual tour), and brought in a professional photographer to capture the essence of our home. The traffic to our listing was great. On the buying side, we wanted to have carpets cleaned a couple days before moving in (home was vacant at this point), but the sellers would not allow us without our realtor present the entire time. We closed on our home on December 31st, and the only time the sellers were willing to allow us in was December 26th or 27th. Brianna, sick with a miserable cold, showed up and was present during the carpet cleaning process. We had offered to cancel but Brianna was adamant to keep things on schedule. At the end of the day, she was aggressive in negotiating on the buy side, VERY friendly and easy to work with, and fantastic at selling our home and helping us buy our new home. Without question Brianna is an amazing person AND Realtor and we would highly recommend her.

Wow! I don't think this lady sleeps! I work overnights and yes she would reply to my texts at midnight??If you want a top notch realtor who is in constant contact with you and will go over the top to help you then Brianna Roeder is it. We can't praise Brianna enough If we ever sell or buy again Brianna is the only realtor we would choose. She even represents Homes For Heroes which was very beneficial to me since I am a veteran. I had never heard of Homes for Heroes until Brianna told me about. You actually receive a check in the mail after closing. What a bonus that was! I could go on and on about Brianna but give her a call and you will see for yourself??
