From the beginning to the end of our sale, Brianna was available 100 percent of the way. Selling a home can be a very daunting process and our circumstances where less than perfect. Brianna was able to get a quick sale for me and prevent me from going into foreclosure and I walked away with enough funds to accomplish my intended goal. I believe that she accomplished a miracle by selling my property, particularly in the shape it was in. She was kind, non-judgmental, understanding to all my needs and treated me like I was priority at all times. Brianna was able to take control during every situation that arose, because several did, and she stepped in and handle each one to benefit me, her client and seller. I was recommended to her by a friend, who is also using her a to sell their property and I will be recommending Brianna Phillips to anyone that is buying or selling property in the future. I would like to mention that she never looked down on me or my property due to the lower selling costs or the smaller commission. She jumped in immediately and got the place sold for us.
