We moved up here about five years ago and bought our first house with Briana at my sister’s recommendation. Best recommendation because we knew nothing about this area. Briana knows her clients and what they like. She listens and is very down to earth. We came up for one weekend and planned on finding something that weekend. She was ready to give up that whole weekend for us and show us everything that fit what we wanted. Briana works hard and she knows her job well. There isn’t a problem that she cannot fix. This takes a lot of stress off her clients. You would never know either because Briana is so patient and calm. Since our buying experience went so well with Briana the first time, of course she was our first choice for our next one. She sold our house and helped us pick out this house. Briana takes away part of her commission in her homes for heroes program for medical professional, first responders, etc. That is very kind of her. I would choose Briana every time for my buying and selling needs.
