My first time buying a house and couldn't done it without Briana Guthrie,the experience with her is one of the best she is very helpful and dedicated,looking for what you really want and feel when it comes to search for your home.I felt no pressure with her when didn't feel like it was the one she still tell me no worries we going to find your home soon and we did!! Briana is quite possibly the most amazing real estate agent in the world. Hands down the best I've ever came across. She was able to steer us in different directions making it easy to pinpoint everything we were looking for in a home. I hate paperwork and the boring business side of this and she made that super easy as well. Very laid back go with the flow and every bump in the road along the way she was able to take care of absolutely everything we needed to get done. We'll definitely be using her when it's time to sell! Shoot, I might not ever move out of Washington now just so I won't hafta deal with another realtor other than her for the rest of my life!

We are absolutely thrilled with our first homebuying experience and much of that credit goes to Briana. We discovered her while falling in love with a house she was listing agent on and while that house was not going to work out in the end, we wanted her on our side for the remainder of our search. Briana was an excellent communicator and very flexible to help us visit as many houses as we wanted and visit our new home as many times as we needed for measurements.
Briana has finally got me to the end of the road. Its been a long journey. But I think this will be the one to call home whether it's a few years or indefinitely. However, Briana has been easy to work with and always on time when she scheduled showings at homes. She will always be the one I will recommend when I hear of someone needing a realtor.
