We had an excellent experience working with our agent, Briana Cole. She was extremely proactive from day one, stepping in after our previous agent struggled to get us any showings—despite an entire summer on the market. Within a short time, she secured multiple investor offers, and when it became clear those would not meet our goals, she pivoted quickly and lined up the showings our prior agent had never been able to obtain.
