We have bought and sold many homes and I can honestly say that Brian is the hardest working realtor we have partnered with. First off, he is simply a kind and caring person. His communication skills and professionalism are top notch. Most importantly, he is willing to put in the time and energy to sell your home and make the process less daunting. For example, he helped us move a washer and dryer, he pressure washed our front walkway and he even offered to help us with an estate sale. He also has many skilled trades people that he knows and trusts so that when we needed pest work remediated and siding and drywall replaced, he literally had people show up to do the work the next day and for a great price so we could get our home on the market quickly. These are simply a few examples of the many ways that Brian made the whole process seamless. Brian also kept us informed when we had open houses and showings.
