My name is Brian and I settled in Southwest Colorado back at the turn of the century after growing up in the Midwest and graduating the University of New Mexico. I fell in love with the quality of life and ability to go from the mountains to the desert to major cities all in a matter of hours, and it is why I stay.
I’m lucky enough to have been able to raise a daughter here and she will always be able to call this area home. The sense of community, the amazing people and endless outdoor opportunities make the 970 area code a world-class lifestyle.
My real estate experience in the area covers just about every type of property and client you can imagine, having sold fractional ownership, rural land and homes, as well as several resort area properties to local buyers, 2nd homeowners, and investors.
My goal is to listen and understand your goals so that we are working together towards the end goal. I believe that working together should feel like a friendship in that I have earned your trust, and you know that I have your best interests at heart.
When I’m not listening to you, I’m listening to music with friends and family, traveling (very) slowly around the world and contemplating consciousness and existence with intention. When the best part of traveling is coming home, I know I’m where I’m supposed to be.
I also love to practice Spanish and butcher Portuguese; the best part is that I always understand what I’m trying to say
