Brian helped us buy a home and sell our current home. He's very available, an extremely hard worker, his communication is excellent, and he couples that with a great network of contacts to get things done. On top of that his firm employs excellent use of technology so you can sign almost 100% of 100's of docs you need to sign via your smartphone, tablet, or computer. He's also part of a team, which is a good use of leverage versus a stand-a-lone agent. I'd trust Brian whether the house was $1million or $100,000 to dedicate his time to your goals.
