We purchased a house for my son while attending pharmacy school at the University of Findlay and we were seeking to sell in April of 2023, as he finished his time on campus. Brian was highly recommended and it was quickly clear we were working with a professional that understood the market and could provide full service support as we live in northern Wisconsin. Brian's recommendation on positioning the house in the market and finding help to repair some issues was greatly appreciated, spot on recommendations and services that were done quickly by high quality teams (electric, driveway, plumbing) Then it became interesting! We list the house and have an offer within days, scheduled to close and the deal falls apart one day before closing. With not a lot of movement, we lower the price (to where Brian originally recommended), second offer comes in. Family relocating to Findlay, job falls through, now 0 for 2 on offers. Get another offer quickly, buyer drops out quickly. At this point I am getting a bit panicked, tell Brian I'll just rent the place but really have no interest in being a landlord out of WI. This is where an experienced pro saves the day. Brian stressed there was still a ton of interest in houses in our price range, said we don't need to lower the price, the right buyer is out there. It took about eight week, right buyer comes in, seamless transaction and Brian help keep me from making a bad kneejerk decision. I seldom write these types of reviews and have brought and sold numerous houses across the country.
