I met Brian one Friday afternoon at my house to discuss putting my house on the market. I told him that I wanted it to be ready in two weeks to start showing. He recommended a great company to do the minor repairs and told me what else to do. We had it on the market in two weeks and he had a weekend showing event. It was under contract after the weekend showing. I was amazed at his determination throughout the process and always being available. Everything that I wanted to happen, happened. I was impressed with him being able to meet my timeline request.
