Brian did an amazing job at helping us sell our house off quickly and efficiently. Brian made the process as painless as it could be. Brian did an exceptional job at helping us getting work done on our house in order to make it by the sell date even when the city decided to subtly instate a Occupation Code ( nothing wrong with that just bad timing). We were able to get all the repairs done and Brian did a great job at keeping both sides of the process (buyers and seller's Agent) informed on what was happening.
