Purchasing a home from out of state was a concern, Brian negotiated our sale price and we received things from the builder we would not have without his negotiation skill. Brian communicated our concerns with our builder during the process and kept us informed of any on going issues while remaining professional at all times. Brian communicated with us several times a week with progress updates and any issues that came up during construction. When we first met with Brian we looked at other Town homes and Brian’s assessment of the current market and what we were willing to spend that we would get more for our money with going with a new built home with the peace of mind of it being new and maintenance free. Brian’s knowledge and communication skills really made the process of buying a home from out of state simple and with ease even during the stressful times there are with a new build and always putting our needs first.
