Brian Sujevich

My husband and I were looking for a townhome in Collier County to relocate to Florida from Colorado to be closer to my dad and we loved the area. We contacted Brian and worked with him via phone and email to find townhomes we liked. Because we were long distance and wanted to find a townhome quickly, my dad offered to go look at the townhomes for us with our realtor Brian. We were particularly interested in one of the townhomes listed so Brian facetimed with us when he showed the townhouse to my dad. He did a great job of showing us the various rooms and features of the townhome and my dad helped acknowledge the great condition and location of the townhome. We were so pleased and comfortable with the FaceTime tour that we made an offer that day! Brian wrote up and submitted our offer with our interests in mind. Once we were under contract, he worked with us to schedule the home inspection and verify we met the deadlines of the contract. He was also assisted us with questions we had on the townhome by contacting the seller's realtor in a timely and professional manner then responded to us as soon as he got responses from the seller's realtor. We are so pleased with our first experience with Brian as our realtor that we would definitely use him as a realtor for future home purchases and sales. We will highly recommend him to friends!
