Brian came highly recommended by some friends who raved about how amazing he was in helping them find their lovely West Adams home. From the instant we met, he made sure to understand what we needed and you could see him listening to us to see what was really truly important (and what ended up being wish list-y things that would be... negotiable). He helped us stretch to get a house in highly competitive Leimert Park. Brian walked us through the home buying process with multiple inspections (especially important with historic homes with somewhat questionable maintenance history) so that we entered into the home purchase with our eyes wide open. We would know if something was truly cosmetic or if there were deep underlying issues with the house that would turn into a money pit. The purchase was relatively seamless outside of negotiations and we were able to close escrow in 21 days. Brian's attention to detail, technology savvy, and care of his clients makes him one of the best realtors I've had the pleasure to work with, and I will recommend him any day.
