Brian is just a great guy that does a great job. I think of him as an All-Star TLC realtor. Tender Love and Care, that’s Brian. He knows what TLC a house needs to give it the best opportunity to sell and he helps arrange the TLC(paint, carpet, staging etc.) so it was much less stress on me as a seller. And he approaches clients with his own TLC that makes you feel valued, not like a number or a paycheck. Although, the paycheck did come because he sold my house in record time at a record price!
