What stands out about his walk through a is that he’s actually looking around at the potential problems if any to see if the house is actually worth putting the time in for it. Instead of just looking at how big or small rooms are or if the lawn is nice, we would actually look at everything about the house. When buying a home he shed light onto the area we would call home, the major and minor things that may need fixing. Problems that may occur or some that would definitely occur. He was more than just a realtor, he was like a home inspector/realtor. In the end, after viewing many houses and placing many bids that didn’t work out he didn’t give up and always said, “we’ll find you a home”.
