Brian was very professional and helpful. The process was very simple on his side of things. Their was trouble with the seller and the selling agent but Brian worked diligently to resolve the issues and communicated the progress to me well.

Mr. Simpson came out on a Sunday after reaching out to him the Saturday night before and gave his time in showing us several homes as we requested. He was prompt in making our offer to the owner, scheduled all required inspections immediately. All we had to do was to verify the dates the inspectors were to show. He kept us current through email, text and phone throughout the entire process enabling a targeted closing date as initially set. The closing only took 20 minutes! He really is a nice young man as well and we wish to thank him, sincerely, for his excellent service, professionalism and kindness considering the current state of affairs on a global scale.
