Brian Schiefer

My experience with Brian was outstanding! A few things that really stood out to me is how prepared he was when we would see the houses, I appreciated how professional and puntual he was for our meetings, he is very friendly and I felt like I could approach him with any questions I had. Having a pretty busy schedule, I really wanted someone that could prioritize my schedule and Brian did an amazing job at being available and prepared. I had a pretty complicated transaction because I was looking to buy a house that would be my primary home eventually but for the foreseeing future be an investment property as I needed to use a 1031 exchange. He was very knowledgeable and helped me through the entire process. Now I am so happy with my new house and everything that Brian did to make it a great experience!
