Cannot recommend him enough! We had the option to look statewide, & we went all over the place, even when its was hours away for him. Very accommodating. When we finally made an offer it was a debacle from the word go with the lender. Then add the VA loan on top of that. “I’ve never seen anything like this in my 25 years of Realty” he told us. If something could go sideways, it did. It took 84 days to sign. The lender, Summit Mortgage was horrid at every turn! Brian went above & beyond, taking & making calls after hours to keep us on the same page, to make sure we got our dream house, even on days we wanted to give up & start over. Even then he was supportive & said if that’s what we wanted to do, he’d keep looking. Smart, friendly, devoted & a fighter. This is the kind of realtor you need.
