My girlfriend and I didn’t have a very great experience with Brain. Laura and Brain went to school together I would say he didn’t try to find us a home I spent multiple hours looking for house’s then we went and look at house The first thing he would tell us this is the house we felt very rushed felt like he was just trying to sell and go then when we found a house we went to put an offer on it and he told us to go up over the asking price and when it came back it did not appraise so then we had to redo everything made everyone look like a joke then he had the previous owner by a warranty package to cover appliances once I looked into that warranty it doesn’t cover anything this poor lady had to pay for this out of her pocket again he did not do his homework it was rush I feel like he was just collecting more money after we move into are house The previous owner still had packages come in here we reached out to Brian to see if he could get in contact with the lady he never once contact us back again it felt like he collected his money and ran I recommend not using him because all he’s looking for is a paycheck you get what you pay for

He displayed excellent communication at all times and he worked for me as my seller. All lots sold and he advised me on how to get the most value for my property. Closing was a very pleasant experience and he made it so simple. Brian is an excellent real estate person. I will be using him again in the near future as well as some of my family members.
