On February 14th, 2023 my son closed on his dream home in Prescott. This would not have been possible with out the help and support of Brian Purcell and the Sheridan Property Group. Brian grew up in Prescott and comes from a real estate family. Our son chose Brian because of his calm demeanor and that he is also a military veteran. Brian far exceeded our expectations. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. My wife and I live outside of Arizona and it was an incredible help to have someone on the ground in Prescott helping us coordinate the purchase. Anytime we experienced a "surprise", Brian already had a list of our options and guidance on the timing to execute. Brian was easy to reach and always promptly returned all calls and emails. It was obvious from our first contact with Brian that he takes customer satisfaction very seriously. He frequently checked in on us during the process to ensure we understood and were comfortable with the next steps. I would purchase another home from Brian and the Sheridan Property Group, because I know they care about my family.
