Brian is a great agent. I choose him because he has owned and renovated many properties himself! He is a great on-the-fly estimator of how much things costs and what opportunities a place does or does not have. Brian is also working in your best interest. All of the other agents in the past were quick to try to get me into properties that were not my best interest. I am still a newbie and I could trust that Brian had my best interest at heart. He regularly guided me away from potential bad deals and highlighted why he personally recommended certain deals. I have heard stories of Brian finding better deals for his clients that ended up losing him a commission, but was better for the buyer.
