Attention to detail is certainly a strong point for Brian. He was able to answer my questions and if needed do the research to answer some of the more location specific questions that I had. He was typically readily available to provide a showing without much advanced notice. He is constructively persistent and direct without being pushy. That combination of qualities is difficult to find these days. I highly recommend Brian.
